Mindy Parker
Special Education Advocate Fellow
Mindy joined Disability Rights Oregon (DRO) as our Special Education Program’s Advocate Fellow in October 2025.
Mindy brings experience in advocacy, family navigation, and community engagement. She has held roles with Northwest Disability Support and the Northwest Down Syndrome Association, where she coordinated communications, educational initiatives, and outreach programs that strengthened disability inclusion in schools and communities.
A recent graduate of DRO’s Partners in Policymaking program, Mindy has also served on the board of Northwest Disability Support and the Multnomah Community Inclusion Team.
