Jessica “Jaci” Crowley

Supervising Attorney

Jaci joined the Disability Rights Oregon team in September 2026 as Supervising Attorney of the Multnomah County Civil Commitment Program. She has more than a decade of experience representing individuals in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, involuntary commitment cases, probate matters, and court-appointed representations in South Carolina.

Jaci has also worked as a conflict attorney for local legal services organizations and volunteered with a variety of legal clinics, treatment courts, and community advocacy groups.

Before relocating to Oregon, Jaci served as Assistant Dean of Students at Charleston School of Law, where she worked on regulatory and accreditation compliance, student engagement, career advising, teaching, and program development.

Prior to attending law school, Jaci spent eight years as an in-home support specialist and therapist for children with autism, an experience that continues to inform her commitment to disability rights and client-centered advocacy.
