Compliance Analyst

Emma joined Disability Rights Oregon as a Compliance Analyst on our Strengthening Protections for Social Security Beneficiaries team in June 2025.

Emma comes to us with a rich blend of professional experience that reflects both compassion and creativity. She has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician and Youth Development Specialist, bringing a client-centered, empathetic approach to her work. She also brings creative strength from her experience as a Graphic Designer.

Emma holds a BS degree in Psychology with a minor in Art History from Portland State University.

Outside of work, Emma brings creativity into her everyday life— whether she’s creating personal artwork or working on graphic design projects. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and exploring the outdoors across the Pacific Northwest with her dog, Mia.
