Salem, Oregon—June 29, 2026. Disability Rights Oregon fully supports today’s multistate lawsuit challenging the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' June 3 interim final rule on Medicaid community engagement requirements. We call on the courts to act swiftly to block its implementation.
