Tyler Roy-Hart

Program Manager

Tyler joined Disability Rights Oregon as manager of the Strengthening Protections for Social Security Beneficiaries program in March 2026. He brings extensive leadership experience, program management, and organizational development to the role.

Tyler previously served as Associate Vice President of Engineering at CollegeNET, where he led a department of more than 50 staff and oversaw product development, strategic planning, compliance, and cross-team coordination. During his 18-year tenure, he held multiple leadership roles, guiding small and large teams through major product launches, infrastructure improvements, and organizational restructuring.

Tyler is known for developing strong teams, improving processes, and fostering collaborative, mission-focused work environments.
