Travis Leatham

Staff Attorney

Travis joined Disability Rights Oregon in December 2022 as a Staff Attorney with the Multnomah Civil Commitment Program and transitioned to Project Independence in 2024.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Travis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. Travis attended law school at Temple University and is a Temple Law & Public Policy Scholar. Travis also has a Master of Law in Taxation from Loyola Marymount University. Before joining Disability Rights Oregon, Travis was the Judicial Clerk for Judge Nan Waller in Multnomah County Circuit Court, primarily covering Mental Health Court and the Aid & Assist docket.
