Advocate
Libby joined Disability Rights Oregon as an Administrative Assistant in February 2024. She was promoted to Intake Advocate for the Multnomah County Civil Commitment Program in June 2024 — and again to Advocate in July 2025.
Prior to joining our team, Libby worked as an intern for Senator Jeff Merkley's office and as a canvasser for Oregon Public Broadcasting.
She recently graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Women's Studies.
