Intake Advocate

Jasper joined Disability Rights Oregon in January 2025 as Administrative Assistant and, in November, was promoted to Intake Advocate for the Multnomah County Civil Commitment Program.

Prior to joining our team, Jasper enjoyed advocating for equity and community-building while juggling front desk duties for Portland Parks and Recreation.

Jasper is a Bay Area native who moved to Oregon from Oakland during the pandemic and enjoys Portland's lively music scene in her free time. As a avid animal lover, Jasper can also be seen following around birds and critters, and trying her best to live vicariously through them.
