Francesca DeLuca

Intake Advocate

Francesca joined Disability Rights Oregon in January 2023 as an Intake Advocate on our Crime Survivor Program.

Originally from Colorado, Francesca earned her bachelor's degree in English from University of Northern Colorado, where she also earned minors in American Sign Language and Business.

Before joining Disability Rights Oregon, Francesca worked at the University of Northern Colorado’s Disability Resource Center.

Outside of work, Francesca enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
