Bryan Stebbins
Public Policy Director
Bryan joined the Disability Rights Oregon team in September of 2026. A mission-driven individual, he gets his energy from helping people and solving challenging problems.
With extensive experience in public affairs, policy, government relations, community engagement, and strategic communication, Bryan is an experienced communicator and policy expert who can adeptly navigate sensitive, confidential, and complex situations with grace, understanding, diplomacy, and transparency.
Before joining DRO’s team, Bryan spent almost five years working on the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program as a member of the Public Affairs team, and he previously worked for U.S. Senator Patty Murray for about 10 years. His sister is Deaf, and he is excited to formalize his fight for people with disabilities.
Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Seattle University and his Master of Public Affairs from Washington State University Vancouver. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cooking, reading, gardening, watching live music, binge-watching anything nerdy, and spending time with his husband and their two dogs.
