The Tri-County Medicaid Collaborative invites you to an informational meeting on health reform on Monday, May 14, 2012, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Public Services Building Auditorium, 115 N 1st Ave., Hillsboro, OR 97124. The event is free and open to all members of the public.
The collaborative is a unique, community-wide partnership to form a coordinated care organization to provide cost-effective, quality care for the people on the Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid. We will update you on our efforts to form a CCO serving the Washington, Clackamas and Multnomah County region.
RSVPs are appreciated. If you are unable to attend, an additional educational public meeting is scheduled in Clackamas County on May 22.
